When we do a Mirror Ball Job
to a guitar we actually route the top down.
Then we inlay each piece separately so that the light reflection will
skew.
We can also do it the cheapo way like everyone else. they just glue
pieces of plexi to the top
Naturally it doesn't look good and 60% of the reflective effect is lost.
Ed Roman cuts each piece of mirror so that it will fit perfectly like a
jigsaw puzzle.
