The Many Ways To Contact Ed Roman Guitars

Home > General Information > All Guitars

At Ed Roman Guitars we prefer to talk to our customers, and so you are encouraged to call us rather than use other means of communication to reach us with your questions. As a general rule we do not quote prices by email, so if you are looking for prices your best bet is to call us. Once we get to know you, and you have established a buying pattern, we will of course email you with prices. Please bear with us at first until we get to know each other. If you find a better price than we quote you, please tell us as we will always do our best to beat any price and make the deal fly.

 By Phone

Please note: If you want to buy, sell, or trade something it is recommended you call, as sometimes we don't get to read the emails for a week due to the sheer volume we receive.

Primary Phone Number

(702) 597-0147

Additional Phone Numbers

Due to the high volume of calls, some of our phone lines back up. Feel free to try us at one of the numbers below.

 HOURS OF OPERATION:

9am - 6pm California Time

By Email

Please note: If there is no phone number in your email we will not be able to respond.

Please don't send the same email to more than one person. If you do the email may be picked up as SPAM and not reach anyone.
We try to answer all emails and we do our best to give you the best deals we can afford to. If you don't get an answer it's probably because our spaminator snagged it before it came in.

Email Addresses

In a typical day we receive hundreds of emails from around the world. We are often backlogged and we strongly encourage you to call us instead. We understand that calling might not be possible, so we do have email contacts listed below. Please make sure you email the correct person, and please allow 2 business days for a response. We thank you for your time and look forward to serving you.

Warehouse & Custom Shop
We are open by APPOINTMENT ONLY 9:00am to 9:00pm California Time

You can almost always make an instant appointment simply by calling.

Please keep in mind that we are not a museum

We would love to be able to talk guitars with visitors all day, but we are a working custom shop and cannot spare the time to do so. There are too many people who want to come browse our showroom for several hours and we have found we can no longer accommodate these people.

Therefore, if you are not a past or current customer, you must put a $100.00 deposit down towards a guitar upon entry. This allows up to 2 people in our showroom. The $100.00 deposit is good for up to 30 days towards any custom or real guitar. We don't cater to beginners so low-end guitars don't count unless you buy it the day you are here.

We are committed to keeping our customers happy and well serviced. If you have business you want to conduct please call us before you come out. There will be no charge if you have business to conduct, including buying, selling, repair, and trade.

Q: Do we accept credit cards from outside the USA?

A: No. We will only accept checks & wire transfers from our customers outside the USA. Credit Cards carry a 5% surcharge

The customer must cover all PayPal fees. We feel that PayPal is not ideal, but at times it does serve a purpose for smaller orders. PayPal charges 4% to 5% on sales so we prefer to use a wire transfer.  We no longer charge for Wire Transfers or direct deposits to our account

A: No. We do not accept cancellations on custom guitars.

Q: Where are your Steinberger parts prices listed on the website?

A: You can find Steinberger parts prices at our Steinberger parts page.

For Our Customers Outside the USA

If you are one of the many customers from outside the USA who want to purchase a Steinberger part or a Mosrite part we try to limit communications about such orders to 2 emails each.

Our foreign freight & handling charges  on parts orders are $40.00.

On purchasing guitars we strive to help you save on freight costs, duty costs, and unnecessary taxes.

We are set up for wire transfers on any guitar sale. This is by far the least expensive way for you to get your money to us.  We do not accept a credit cards on orders shipping outside the USA.
