This is the closest replica of a Red Special that I have ever seen
The ones we made in 2005 & 2006 were awesomely well built.
But we weren't paying close attention to making it an Exact Replica
We concentrated on modernizing them for today's players.
Put this guitar next to a Guyton, I guarantee the guitar is every bit as good
But the Guyton's are selling for $18,000.00 US    These are only  $5,500,00
The guy who is making them is an absolute fanatic, This guitar is a labor of love
He has recreated each component down to the most minute detail.

The Model 1 is the instrument best known as "The Turner Guitar." Prominently featured in Fleetwood Mac and Lindsey Buckingham videos and recordings, this is the guitar often mistaken for an acoustic or semi-hollow instrument.  Rick based the  ultra cool body shape on an early 19th century Viennese guitar which may have been built by Johann Stauffer, the man who taught guitar to Christian Frederick Martin. The MODEL 1-C was first introduced in 1979, but went out of production in 1981.  Rick Turner Guitars resumed production of this and other models in 1990.     Temporary Price Rollback  $3,395.00
