Anybody can go out and buy an American Strat or a Gibson SG. It doesn't take too much imagination today to call yourself a collector and own a couple of Les Paul's, A PRS Custom 22 and a Stevie Ray Strat. I'm sorry, I've been there and done that, It just doesn't get me hard anymore when I see one of these iconic guitars.

This page is dedicated to person's with more than a little imagination, The people that aren't afraid to be a little bit different or innovative.

Hank Marvin & The Shadows were huge in England for 35 years, It's too bad that they could never break into the US Market. (Maybe it was the creepy looking glasses), Hank is holding an original Burns, Hank Marvin guitar. A guitarist with a real feel & awesome vibe. Listen to the James Bond theme song. Yep that's him, & it sounds like a Burns Guitar.

This Guitar is a derivative of an original Burns Bison, Elvis used a 12 string or doublesix as Burns called it.
The Searchers got their unique sound from the Burns Guitars. I loved that bright, brilliant, grating surf sound. When I first heard electric guitars I was listening to the Ventures playing Mosrites.

Seriously, I want you to actually go to YouTube and listen to The Honeycombs. I'm not saying you will like it, But the Burns sound is absolutely totally different than anything else on the market. As a guitarist I expect you to actually listen to the song (Do It Now !!!)
(I went to You Tube and listened to it, One of the guitar players resembled Hank Marvin at about age 17. All three guitar players used Burns Guitars.
The Searchers were my favorite British Invasion band. They sounded a lot like the Byrds, In fact in 1964 they were offered all the same Bob Dylan songs that the Byrds got in 1965, Hey Mr. Tambourine Man, Turn Turn Turn, My Back Pages etc etc.

I admit the guitar is ugly, But it's so ugly that it's cool.

Anyway as far as Hank Marvin is concerned, I only discovered him about 7 years ago. He is geeky looking but his guitar playing is melodic beyond Dickey Betts & Eric Johnson. Listen to Ghost Riders In The Sky. If you aren't impressed I will be very surprised.

The Burns Guitar, an Obscure, Cool, Collectible and I am personally looking for an original one for my collection. I can't remember any American band using them except of course Elvis who used a green burst one in an early movie. It still hangs in Graceland to this day.

Jackson Warrior Model

Ok, lots of people used Jackson's, but you rarely see this model or the Death Angel which looks a little like the Warrior.

Just give me a call and I will do everything short of being ripped off to buy it from you.

This guitar has perfect balance and I love the paint job. Currently I don't own a Jackson guitar, This would be the one that I would buy.

Ooops sorry, I own a Zoraxe Jackson, & several Randy Rhoads Models, But they are not for playing, Just collecting.

The Artist's Cloud Guitar

Major Cool, Some people might say this guitar is ugly, some people might say it's beautiful. But everyone will agree it's unique & a true original.

Just like "The Artist's other guitars & The Artist himself. Some people may love the Artist and some people may not.

But nobody can deny the man is a true original & extremely talented. Personally I think he is the coolest.

"The Artist" is another great star that if you looked up cool in the dictionary his picture would be there.

I met him briefly at The Rio Hotel here in Vegas, You could almost feel the emanations of his aura.
